That Is High Voltage(Current) And Low Voltage(Current). Computers Were Meant To Calculate (Well Now They Are Used For Variety Of Purposes ) . Computers Now Pretty Much Does Calculate Anything But It Needs The Procedure To Calculate Right . We Have Been Taught This By Teachers But Who Will Teach The Computers???
